Grow and nurture the team that powers Mirrambika — owning recruitment, employee engagement and HR operations across our corporate office and plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment across corporate, plant and sales roles.
- Manage onboarding, payroll inputs, attendance and HR compliance.
- Champion employee engagement, training and a culture of respect.
- Maintain HR policies, records and statutory registers.
What You Bring
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Experience across recruitment and HR operations, ideally in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with labour compliance, payroll and HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
